Machine Learning Engineer (Content Ecology & Creator) -E-commerce Governance

Build AI systems that govern TikTok Shop’s global creator ecosystem—improving trust, quality, and fairness. You’ll develop creator profiling and sequence-based models to detect low-quality or malicious behavior, create explainable LLM+RAG governance agents, and use heterogeneous graph mining to uncover syndicates and predict risk propagation. You’ll also design multi-objective optimization and fairness algorithms to balance creator exposure with marketplace goals.
