Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, business psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Lean and an overall understanding of the Lean management system.
  • •Strong understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles, methods, and tools.
  • •Ability to give leaders structured feedback on routines and ways of working.
  • •High communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to spot deviations from standards and suggest simple recommendations.
