Job Summary

Drive Volcano Engine’s automotive solution sales across Europe by identifying key automobile and embodied-AI companies and ecosystem partners, building customer relationships, and advancing deals. Own acquisition, tracking, and competitive product analysis while coordinating with the solution team to oversee delivery. Partner with the China team to support European headquarters engagement and pursue opportunities. Achieve regional sales targets and present solutions at local and international industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify key automotive and embodied-AI companies and ecosystem partners in the Euro region and develop them into customers.
•Establish and maintain relationships with automotive industry customers, ensuring ongoing alignment between Volcano and customers.
•Acquire, track, and perform competitive product analysis for key project information while overseeing delivery with the solution team.
•Manage automotive industry product sales in Europe, focusing on passenger and non-passenger vehicle OEMs, dealers, suppliers, and mobility services providers.
•Analyze customer needs changes, provide product/solution improvement suggestions, and attend local and international industry events for networking and solution promotion.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Cloud, AI, or Automotive industry sales with direct customer engagement and complex deal negotiations in Europe.
•5+ years of B2B technology solution selling experience, including hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, AI services, or digital transformation solutions.
•3+ years of sales pipeline management and revenue target achievement within the automotive sector in multinational/cross-regional environments.
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (verified by academic credentials).
•Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional working proficiency level.
