Job Summary

Oversee Last Mile operations for Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), monitoring last-mile service provider performance across SLAs, KPIs, on-time delivery, and exception rates. Build dashboards and reporting, conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of delivery failures, and translate insights into actionable improvement plans. Analyze network efficiency, routing, and capacity allocation while partnering cross-functionally with Data, Product, Quality, and Operations and leading recurring performance review governance (WBR/MBR/QBR).

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage last-mile service provider performance across SLA/KPI metrics and exception rates.
•Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems to track vendor accountability.
•Conduct deep-dive analyses on delivery failures to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
•Collaborate to develop, execute, and measure performance improvement plans (PIP) and standardize best practices.
•Analyze network efficiency, routing, and capacity allocation; support cost/SLA/coverage/routing logic optimization and lead performance review governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics preferred).
•3+ years of experience in logistics/last-mile/operations/supply chain.
•Strong analytical skills, including Excel and SQL (data visualization tools preferred).
•Proven ability in root cause analysis and process improvement.
•Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
