Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the multi-year strategic product vision and roadmap for the assigned domain, aligned to business objectives and growth plans.
  • •Drive AI-enabled software development across the SDLC to accelerate product development, improve engineering productivity, and increase software quality.
  • •Translate high-level business goals into actionable product plans, balancing tactical wins with long-term initiatives.
  • •Lead execution of complex product initiatives across multiple teams, managing dependencies and the product lifecycle through post-launch iteration.
  • •Establish and scale product practices for Xometry’s India product development center while elevating governance, roadmapping, and feature rollout strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience, including a strategic or principal/director-level role.
  • •Track record defining, launching, and scaling complex B2B enterprise software, marketplace, or high-scale operational products in high-growth environments.
  • •AI-native profile with hands-on fluency in AI tools and using them to ship validated product changes faster.
  • •Strong strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills to interpret complex data and build business cases.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
