Key Responsibilities

•Calculate and disburse management, advisory, administration, performance and custody fees, including fund NAV calculations (daily/weekly/monthly).
•Prepare financial statements and other financial reports for clients as agreed.
•Clear and reconcile breaks between broker records and the firm’s books of records, including handling missing subjects in systems vs. bank statements.
•File correspondence records and processed client instructions for audit purposes.
•Account for and accrue fund expenses and deliver accurate, timely reports to clients.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or graduate student background.
•Strong knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment instruments, terms, and fund services operations.
•Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
•Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient PC skills, especially Excel and MS Word; able to work under pressure and accept rotating shifts.
