Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate a single-blade saw based on production scheduling sheets.
  • •Ensure materials meet quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content) and check compliance of materials and finished products.
  • •Feed material according to specifications and periodically check equipment to maintain specifications.
  • •Offload and stack material according to established procedures (and cover/label/band finished components if required).
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area; complete pre-shift inspections, perform LOTO and preventive maintenance, and maintain production records.
