Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts to diagnose issues faster.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Practice safe job practices when repairing equipment and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle when traveling.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service and strong teamwork plus verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Have a high school diploma; trade school certificate is preferred, and field service/maintenance/repair experience is preferred.
  • •Hold a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical movements.
