Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
  • •Apply strong design principles (SOLID, design patterns, clean architecture) and make clear technical decisions.
  • •Review architecture, technical designs, and code for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability; reduce technical debt to improve reliability and performance.
  • •Champion AI-first engineering practices, guide the team in agentic workflows, and help establish best practices for prompting, context engineering, validation, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • •Establish engineering excellence across development/testing/deployment/observability and mentor engineers to raise engineering maturity.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of professional software engineering experience with technical ownership of systems or products.
  • •Strong understanding of software design principles including SOLID, design patterns, and clean architecture.
  • •Strong programming fundamentals and experience with at least one modern programming language.
  • •Experience designing and building scalable, distributed, production-grade applications.
  • •Strong understanding of API design, system integration, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-based systems.
