Job Summary

Lead Skydio’s customer training programs across Public Safety, Commercial, and National Security markets, building and scaling training for the company’s autonomous drone technology. Align training with FAA and other regulatory requirements, develop a scalable enablement function, and partner with Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive adoption across enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategy, planning, execution, and performance tracking of remote and in-person customer training programs across commercial, public safety, and national security segments.
•Build and lead a scalable training function that reinforces Skydio’s differentiation and aligns with industry best practices.
•Establish and maintain training programs mapped to industry standards, operating models, and mission profiles across enterprise and government environments.
•Expand training reach through LMS platforms, remote content delivery, train-the-trainer models, and repeatable enablement programs.
•Develop and manage multiple concurrent training plans while identifying risks, dependencies, and compliance considerations.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•FAA Part 107 certificate is required.
•Extensive hands-on technical UAS experience.
•Experience designing, developing, and facilitating training for UAS or robotics systems.
•Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
