Job Summary

Support the Honda 3S After Sales service location with accurate financial administration, including cash handling, cheque receipts, petty cash management, invoicing support, reconciliations, and accounts receivable support. Prepare and submit daily cash/cheque/reconciliation reports to Accounts and Finance, deposit funds in line with procedures, and coordinate with FSSC and Business Finance to resolve financial queries. Help ensure smooth daily operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle cash, down payments, cheque receipts, cash desk collections, and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
•Prepare and submit daily cash, cheque, and reconciliation reports to Accounts and Finance teams.
•Deposit cash and cheques in the bank in line with company procedures.
•Maintain petty cash, prepare petty cash vouchers, and park and send petty cash vouchers to the Finance Department.
•File and dispatch credit invoices, support accounts receivable reporting, and coordinate with FSSC and Business Finance to resolve financial queries.

Key Requirements

•Handle cash, down payments, cheque receipts, cashiering, and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
•Maintain petty cash, prepare petty cash vouchers, and ensure petty cash availability at all times.

•Prepare and submit daily cash, cheque, and reconciliation reports to Accounts and Finance teams.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in cash, cheque handling, cashiering, accounting support, or similar financial administration; bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
