Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team within a USMC enterprise environment, aligning with Marine Corps policies, technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and mission objectives.
  • •Architect, design, and oversee Microsoft Azure-based solutions, ensuring interoperability with USMC enterprise systems, networks, identity services, and data management frameworks.
  • •Manage program scope, schedules, risks, and resources across engineering workstreams while meeting government sponsor expectations and governance/reporting requirements.
  • •Establish and drive agile workflows (sprint planning, backlog prioritization, iterative development, continuous delivery) tailored for government engineering and acquisition/sustainment practices.
  • •Oversee systems engineering activities (requirements development, interface definition, integration, verification, documentation) and support technical reviews, demos, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • •Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of program/project management experience (or 10 years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree).
  • •Extensive systems engineering or software engineering experience.
  • •Strong program management background supporting government or complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Proficiency with Azure cloud technologies and modern cloud engineering practices, plus experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
