Key Responsibilities

  • •Design & ship core features. Design and maintain core features and infrastructure across the entire product due to small team size.
  • •Collaborate & learn. Partner with the team, communicate openly, give and receive feedback, and learn from experts.
  • •Take ownership. Drive initiatives forward with a high-trust, ownership-focused mindset.
  • •Interview users, analyze feedback, help prioritize the roadmap. Set up, run, and synthesize learnings from user research.
  • •Design & prototype novel interfaces. Rethink how to make building software more intuitive, including lightweight prototypes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years experience in a relevant role.
  • •Clear design process. Identify right problems, consider multiple solutions, and tradeoffs to achieve a shared goal.

  • •Systems thinking. Break down complex problems and expose simple interfaces to accomplish tasks.
