Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Senior Executive Director in developing and executing the entertainment asset class strategy to achieve portfolio and asset objectives.
  • •Oversee design (pre-concept and concept) and early development of new entertainment assets to align with Qiddiya’s entertainment offering and financial targets.
  • •Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts, including value proposition work, feasibility assessments, and high-level implementation roadmaps.
  • •Manage contracted vendors, IP licensors, and third parties to ensure deliverables align with the project vision, offering, and relevant briefs.
  • •Develop go-live strategies, present materials for approvals, establish KPI monitoring, and support cross-functional implementation and budget/hiring planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • •At least 15 years of experience in entertainment strategy, asset management, or related domains.
