Freight Operations Executive (Leicester, GB)

Own end-to-end control of inbound and outbound shipments for the Roadfreight department. Coordinate collections with third-party transport suppliers, update statuses, scan freight, and ensure accurate records in the internal TMS. Handle run sheets, POD monitoring, EDI processing, and KPI reporting. Provide customer service via phone/email and assist customers, subcontractors, and drivers while resolving transport queries and preparing spot quotes when requested.
