Motor Vehicle Mechanic (Wheel Shop)

Repair, rebuild, and overhaul major assemblies of internal combustion vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, forklifts, and warehouse tractors. Diagnose issues, determine repair scope, and perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and braking repairs using Technical Manuals, Lube Orders, and Technical Bulletins. Use specialized testing equipment (e.g., compression testers and dynamometers), troubleshoot failures during final testing, and direct junior mechanics as needed.
