Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver inclusive teaching and learning programmes that meet individual learner needs.
  • •Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), monitoring progress and achievement.
  • •Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support accreditation and certification outcomes.
  • •Act as a personal tutor with guidance, mentoring, and pastoral support for learners.
  • •Maintain accurate learner records, registers, and documentation to ensure compliance with awarding body and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
