Key Responsibilities

  • •Own equipment, machines, and materials in the work area and support production line readiness.
  • •Ensure production output and product quality on the line, following company procedures and specifications.
  • •Execute tasks according to safety policies, including performing JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and using required PPE and safety equipment.
  • •Report unsafe conditions or process/product anomalies to the supervisor and/or Safety Officer and follow established safety rules.
  • •Use IIoT/project responsibilities: review key daily metrics via IIoT Dashboard/Visual Display/Tier 1 Board and maintain/comply with TDM and PDES connectivity and tier meeting updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Fourth year of high school or vocational education.
  • •1 year of experience in tasks related to production/assembly activities.
  • •Ability to assemble parts repetitively using materials, hand tools, and complex machines following established procedures.
  • •Perform complex unit repairs and conduct visual inspections of parts.
  • •Verify material identification, separate nonconforming material, and meet required quality and safety requirements.
