Key Responsibilities

•Help manage and rationalize the company application portfolio to give IT a better understanding of the overall portfolio.
•Provide visibility into the technical vetting process for all incoming applications to ensure additions are purposeful and strategically sound.
•Collaborate with business unit technology leaders to develop capability mapping that shows how the technology portfolio supports business operations.
•Support vendor renewal and new vendor processes by representing IT from initial vendor selection to contract approval.
•Cross-functional collaboration with IT developers and administrators to ensure lean and scalable portfolio operations.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise application portfolio management in a SaaS-heavy environment.
•Expertise in vendor lifecycle governance, ensuring seamless onboarding and secure decommissioning of applications.
•Proven ability to drive software rationalization and capability mapping efforts.
•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, growing environment.
