Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, coaching, and performance management for direct reports, including succession planning.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain and build the supervisory/production team through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring health and safety, loss prevention compliance, and achievement of quality/production/cost metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project deliverables and company metrics.
