Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee CMOS, TC‑AIMS II, MFASTr, LTS, and VANTAGE system operations and theater-wide mobility support.
  • •Manage helpdesk operations, including ticketing schema, resolving tickets within 48 hours, and producing summaries of issues, resolutions, trends, and change requests.
  • •Develop and deliver training programs (training implementation plan, rosters, and one-on-one/VTC/telecom/Microsoft Teams delivery) and maintain user guides and SOPs.
  • •Administer user access requests, account creation, and workflow alignment, including maintenance of users/groups/unit data in G4 MOD SharePoint.
  • •Serve as liaison to CMOS/LTS program managers and support VANTAGE integration, data alignment, and mobility readiness coordination with G‑4 MOD.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • •11+ years of relevant military/government network installation and systems/network administration experience.
  • •Administer enterprise mobility systems and training for large user populations (CMOS, TC‑AIMS II, MFASTr, LTS, VANTAGE or similar DOD transportation systems).
  • •Manage helpdesk operations and maintain technical documentation, including training implementation and user access alignment (MCE DODAACs).
  • •DoD 8570 certification such as Security+ CE; Secret clearance required to start and must be able to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.
