Job Summary

Lead the Order to Cash (O2C) credit function in a GBS setting, supervising a team of credit analysts/collectors and driving adherence to global credit policies. Manage workload, develop team capabilities, and monitor KPIs (Gross Overdue, DSO, Bad Debt) while mitigating risk and ensuring compliant cash flow. Act as a liaison between the team and senior O2C leadership to optimize credit operations.
