Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor an assigned asset-based lending portfolio by evaluating borrower performance, collateral quality, liquidity trends, and credit risk.
  • •Support annual reviews, risk rating assessments, portfolio reviews, amendments, and ongoing credit monitoring requirements.
  • •Review monthly/quarterly financial statements, borrowing base certificates, collateral reports, covenant calculations, and compliance submissions.
