Handle inbound customer billing inquiries via phone and email as the first line of contact. Research and verify billing issues with internal teams to identify root causes, process and audit invoices, and manage customer-facing approval workflows. Present findings clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders while partnering across departments to support billing-related requests and other assigned projects.
