Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on a new compiler with senior developers and domain experts in a fast-paced development environment.
  • •Apply data-driven, structured analysis and optimization efforts to improve compilation performance.
  • •Contribute AMD innovation via algorithms and architectural design changes.
  • •Debug, analyze, resolve existing issues, and explore more efficient alternatives.
  • •Develop relationships with technical leads and peers and collaborate with geographically distributed engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming skills in C++.
  • •Experience with compilation stack for custom hardware accelerators.
  • •Knowledge of MLIR and dialects is a plus.
  • •Prior work using modern source control such as GitHub.
  • •Knowledge of machine learning model structures and/or experience with AI agents for development or qualification tasks.
