Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client environments and challenges, using a structured approach to discover, deliver, and implement solutions aligned to desired benefits and outcomes.
  • •Develop, implement, and optimize PMO and controls & performance strategies, including functional set-up and optimization.
  • •Define and write reports supporting findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with Sr. (C-suite) client representatives.
  • •Support business transformation outcomes, including programme advisory activities such as bids/proposals and internal development of transformation products and approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • •Experience on major capital projects/programmes in the infrastructure sector across PMO/controls & performance (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting).
  • •Ability to support capability/maturity assessments for capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or related functions.
  • •Experience developing controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions enabling a ‘one version of the truth’ for leadership decision-making.
  • •Experience writing and presenting reports and navigating complex stakeholder environments, including C-suite level engagement (as required).
