Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management for quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling.
  • •Manage the master programme and short-term programmes (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) and keep stakeholders informed.
  • •Monitor progress and quality with site teams or contractors, and ensure safety and compliance across project activities.
  • •Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to align deliverables with objectives, timelines, and budget constraints; serve as key liaison.
  • •Produce project reports, risks, decisions, and action items; prepare and manage schedules (baseline setting, critical path analysis, progress tracking) and manage consultant procurement (scopes, bid evaluation, contract negotiation).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience managing commercial office, A&A, fit-out, and industrial projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in Cantonese and English required.
