Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
•Oversee master planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
•Ensure robust governance and risk management across all project phases
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
•Establishing and maintaining effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project

Key Requirements

•Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
•Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering large-scale construction or EPC projects, ideally within Data Center or mission-critical sector
•Track record of delivering major construction projects from inception to completion
•Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles at all levels and team leadership
•Strong understanding of construction regulations, permitting, and delivery frameworks
