Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions in collaboration with architects, project managers, developers, QA, and UI designers.
•Deliver features through the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation.
•Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
•Troubleshoot and debug complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
•Automate and enhance development and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
•Familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and maintaining consistent AI configurations.
•Established a repeatable AI-native development workflow across every stage of the development lifecycle.
•Familiarity with context engineering practices and leveraging or building agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).
•Familiarity with one of the programming languages (e.g. Golang, Python, Java, Node.js, C#)
