Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly closing and end-to-end finance operations, including financial reporting, MIS, P&L, cash flow, and balance-sheet visibility.
  • •Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and treasury activities such as cash-flow planning, runway visibility, banking operations, and surplus deployment.
  • •Run investor, cap table, and ESOP operations, including maintaining cap table, supporting share issuances, and coordinating investor reporting and due diligence.
  • •Handle essential people operations in the absence of a full-time HR team (onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, leave/probation, benefits, offboarding).
  • •Oversee workplace and asset management and act in a founder’s office capacity for special projects and sensitive follow-ups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,000,000 - 1,300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • •2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounts after qualification.
  • •Experience in Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Audit and Taxation.
  • •Comfortable setting up processes rather than only operating established systems.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work directly with founders, investors and external professionals.
