Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare semiconductor coupons, wafers, and test samples according to engineering specifications, including cutting, mounting, and cleaning.
  • •Operate fabrication and sample-preparation equipment safely and ensure samples meet dimensional and quality requirements before testing.
  • •Support engineering experiments, process development, and qualification activities by executing coupon build process flows.
  • •Use scanning electron microscopes for analyses and imaging, including preparing cross-section samples for analysis.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to support process optimization and productivity, quality, and efficiency improvements.
