Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers, Researchers and Visual Designers.
•Guide creative and holistic thinking across products, platforms and devices to deliver cohesive user experiences.
•Deliver a UX strategy aligned with a Product Vision in an evolutionary and iterative fashion.
•Build relationships with leaders inside and outside core product and technology teams to implement user experiences that are cohesive and well-informed.
•Advocate for users in a fast-paced startup environment and communicate design decisions clearly to varied stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of design experience with at least 3+ years in leading teams.
•Proven skills designing and developing simple to complex products, with experience in large-scale consumer or fintech products.
•Proven track record building and managing high-performing design teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
•A BDes or an MDes in design is ideal, however not a constraint for the right candidate.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey design decisions clearly to varied audiences
