Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the product development process to ensure the brand’s seasonal calendars and expectations are met, monitoring status and escalating risks with aligned solutions.
  • •Collaborate with the PSE team on the SMS process to support issue resolution and ensure on-time sample delivery, including timely submission of sample costs for finance timelines.
  • •Manage vendor allocation in line with guidance from the Global Sourcing Development Leader and coordinate seasonal tasks with Regional Office Sourcing Developers.
  • •Drive vendor performance by working toward Vendor Performance Management KPI criteria and seasonal calendar milestones, building vendor accountability.
  • •Monitor and manage data accuracy using digital tools; provide structured, data-driven reporting and stakeholder transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •About 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing or product development within the equipment & packs industry.
  • •Proven experience in product development and sourcing with exposure to equipment & packs products.
  • •Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and generate insights for resolution and vendor performance.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Smartsheet, Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, or PLM is highly advantageous.
  • •Excellent communication in English; additional language skills are a plus.
