•Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion to ensure on-time delivery and desired outcomes.
•Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth, monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape.
•Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions; establish a data-driven performance culture and company-wide OKR cycles.
