Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain positive working relationships with parents, staff, and service providers; meet and greet parents and handle queries and complaints; carry out tours of the centre when needed.
  • •Ensure operation and compliance documents are updated and recorded accurately; update classroom allocations; maintain child records; create schedules; oversee maintenance/repairs; operate centre in principal's absence.
  • •Manage daily staff issues, requests and concerns; support payroll; onboard/offboard staff; keep staff documents up-to-date and confidential; inform relevant departments about expiry dates.
  • •Monitor centre expenses and collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely financial reporting; sign off deliveries; prepare invoices and remind parents about payments; ensure timely payments for services and resources.
  • •Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations, and educational standards; coordinate inspections; maintain expiry records for licenses, contracts, and approvals and inform relevant department.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in BA or Accounting
  • •Minimum 3 years in an accountancy or administration position
  • •Desired: 5+ years in accountancy or administration in a school or nursery setting
  • •Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education, curriculum development, and pedagogy
  • •Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
