Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead program scheduling activities for the Program Manager (PM).
  • •Provide and maintain a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that is integrated, logical, and network based.
  • •Assist with developing the PMO planning framework, including establishing a monthly planning calendar to update the IMS.
  • •Develop tools to evaluate the impact of proposed schedule changes and identify the critical path at the TDL level.
  • •Prepare event schedules and reports, and maintain schedules for active TDLs, tasks, site locations, and overall TO performance with roll-ups.
