Job Summary

Lead complex technical problem resolution for aerospace structural components, using root cause analysis and engineering judgment to implement effective solutions. Review and validate design deliverables against standards and customer requirements. Manage medium-scale engineering projects and provide technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams. Support Operations and Manufacturing with engineering-standard compliance, perform RCCA for technical/quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Travel up to 20%.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead resolution of complex technical problems using root cause analysis, alternatives, and engineering solutions.
•Review and validate engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with standards, requirements, and procedures.
•Manage medium-scale engineering projects by coordinating priorities, schedules, resources, and cross-functional teams.
•Support Operations and Manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
•Perform RCCA activities for technical and quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•5+ years of professional experience in product design and development.
•Proven experience creating and modifying 3D models and assemblies for structures using CATIA V5 (Part Design, Product Design).
•Proficiency with PLM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to clearly communicate and present technical information in English, verbally and in writing.
