Success Architect-Slack

Serve as a Technical Success Architect for Slack within Salesforce’s Customer Success organization, helping enterprise customers deploy Slack quickly and effectively. Lead customer discovery and workshops, guide API/extensibility recommendations, and educate stakeholders on Slack features and automations. Integrate Slack with identity, security, data, AI, and system-to-system workflows at scale, while partnering with product and support teams to resolve high-severity technical hurdles and drive time-to-value.
