Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead inspection, maintenance, repair, and documentation of plant equipment under Mechanical Integrity procedures, corporate standards, and RAGAGEP.
  • •Develop preventive maintenance plans and inspection/test plans for fixed, rotating, and electrical equipment and instrumentation.
  • •Review equipment failures to apply engineering troubleshooting, determine root causes, and reduce failure frequency.
  • •Review, update, and develop maintenance procedures to meet regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and codes (ASME, API, NBIC, TEMA, etc.).
  • •Analyze monitoring/testing data to identify risks, initiate corrective actions, define monitoring/maintenance frequencies, and propose equipment improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • •Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
  • •Proficiency with Internet, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Working knowledge of Process Safety, OSHA, and EPA regulations, plus applicable codes and standards (ASME, API).
