  • •Serve as technical authority and integration lead for FEOL/MEOL technology development for Advanced CMOS Logic.
  • •Define and drive long-term integration strategy and roadmap aligned to future logic node requirements and customer technology needs.
  • •Lead development and deployment of breakthrough process technologies to address critical customer high value problems.
  • •Drive cross-BU co-optimization and Integrated Materials Solutions strategies to enable differentiated customer outcomes.
  • •Partner with strategic customers and senior technical leaders, represent the company externally, and resolve the most complex integration and performance challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Typically 15+ years of semiconductor technology development, process integration, or advanced process engineering experience.
  • •Recognized industry authority in FEOL/MEOL integration and advanced CMOS technology development with deep semiconductor process integration expertise.
  • •Demonstrated record of significant technical contributions, patents, publications, industry recognition, and technology leadership.
