Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
  • •Leverage a broad technology stack to uncover insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data.
  • •Lead NLP expertise for building and adapting/fine-tuning LLMs for customer-facing applications and features.
  • •Build machine learning and NLP models end-to-end and partner to operationalize them in scalable, resilient production systems serving 80+ million customers.
  • •Translate technical work into tangible business goals and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,200 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience taking machine learning models into production through the model risk compliance process.
  • •Experience leveraging open source programming languages for large-scale data analysis (at least 1 year).
  • •Experience working with machine learning (at least 1 year).
  • •Experience utilizing relational databases (at least 1 year).
  • •A Bachelor’s (quantitative field) with 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s (quantitative field) or MBA with 4 years, or a PhD (quantitative field) with 1 year.
