Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise RFP pursuits from qualification through submission as a founding member of the RFP Engine.
  • •Decode what evaluators want and shape response strategy with account teams.
  • •Coordinate inputs across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security to produce compliant, high-quality submissions.
  • •Run pursuits through an AI-first system, improving it by turning repeated work into templates, content, and processes.
  • •Drive every submission to an exceptionally high bar, on time, every time, under hard deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company.
  • •Fluent, builder’s approach to AI and automation, including shipping internal tooling or workflows (or partnering closely with engineers).
  • •Exceptional writing and editing to turn technical and commercial input into clear, compliant, persuasive responses.
  • •Strong project management under deadline pressure, coordinating contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones.
  • •Commercial instincts to read scoring criteria, differentiate responses, and identify pursuits not worth the effort.
