Managing Director, Ignite (Term)

Serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic thought partner for the School District of Philadelphia and a portfolio of schools implementing Teach For America Ignite. Own partnership success by building trusted district and school relationships, establishing a shared strategic vision, and coaching Ignite site leaders and supporting Ignite fellows through observations, feedback, goal setting, and program launch. Use student and implementation data to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement across the Philadelphia portfolio through June 30, 2027.
