  • •Drive execution of the quality roadmap and integrate quality deliverables within scope.
  • •Define and track quality KPIs, analyze progress, and suggest improvements to mitigate risks.
  • •Directly manage quality engineers and quality inspectors, ensuring workforce qualification and people development/performance.
  • •Manage customer interactions and lead quality review boards/meetings while ensuring adherence to quality protocols and addressing audit/customer concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in related quality/manufacturing supplier quality areas.
  • •Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., electrical, manufacturing, industrial, mechatronics, mechanical) or Bachelor’s degree with deep/extensive related experience.
  • •Proven performance in one or more areas such as Supplier/Manufacturing Quality, Lean, Six Sigma Problem Solving, ISO Auditor, or SPC.
  • •Experience leading direct or indirect reports, and leading/facilitating quality meetings (cross-functional).
  • •Track record in creating urgency, leading escalations, and developing/implementing solutions using quality data and presentations.
