  • •Partner with engineering, data science, product management, and validation teams to define program plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
  • •Establish and continuously improve development processes across algorithm development, validation, integration, and release for predictable execution.
  • •Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and quality to align on priorities, risks, deliverables, and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or leading complex cross-functional engineering initiatives.
  • •Experience partnering with algorithm development, machine learning, data science, or software engineering teams to deliver complex technical products.
  • •Experience managing algorithm development programs through planning, development, validation, integration, and release.
  • •Strong understanding of modern engineering development processes, release management, dependency management, and technical program execution.
