Key Responsibilities

  • •Take a new product from zero to one, owning direction, scope, and outcomes through launch and post-launch iterations.
  • •Run customer discovery with suppliers, contractors, and prospects and translate insights into what to build and why.
  • •Scope, draft, design, and prototype the product hands-on with working concepts for customers and engineering.
  • •Turn product POV into detailed technical requirements, a prioritized roadmap, and decisions on what ships now vs later.
  • •Partner tightly with a dedicated engineering pod to ship to production, then measure, learn, and improve the live product while keeping stakeholders aligned.
