Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily production floor inspections to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action; lead safety audits and ergonomic initiatives while ensuring HACCP and USDA regulatory adherence.
•Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety and Food Quality plans, training safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and ensuring tasks meet product specifications.
•Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances; work with Operations Managers and Supervisors to improve workflows and equipment use to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
•Direct and guide hourly production employees to align on safety, quality, and production goals; lead monthly line meetings and walk the production floor daily.
•Analyze product performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement actions to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 82,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
•Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
•Strong oral and written communication skills with analytical and math abilities to lead problem-solving for complex process issues.
•Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees to achieve peak performance in a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
•Adaptable to fast-paced environments with willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed, including working in varying heat and cold conditions.
