Support customers by building a thorough financial profile using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend Retail consumer and small-business products, cross-sell to deepen relationships, and use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews. Process teller transactions and partner with assigned business teams to refer customers for holistic solutions, while meeting customer experience and production goals.

•Complete onboarding and education to transition into the Retail Personal Banker I role, including rotations in operations and Sales & Service.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customers’ current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small-business products and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and support Financial Center platform staff while referring customers to assigned business partners when appropriate.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new households and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
