Intellectual Property Attorney

Lead Adobe’s IP effort by developing and executing patent strategies for business and product teams. Manage the patent portfolio and outside counsel, educate engineers and researchers on IP issues, and counsel internal stakeholders on IP risk and resolution. Negotiate patent licenses and collaboration agreements, advise on open source and standards development, evaluate third-party patent assertions, and assess potential patent acquisitions—while integrating AI opportunities into IP workflows.
