Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice receipt, verification, coding, approval, and payment processing.
  • •Review supplier invoices and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; maintain vendor master data.
  • •Perform three-way matching and prepare payment proposals/payment runs following the Pay When Paid principle.
  • •Support month-end closing by recording invoices/expenses in the correct period and posting AP-related accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
  • •Perform AP sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations, support balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Accounting certification or ongoing professional studies (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance operations.
  • •Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, including VAT invoicing (fapiao) experience as an advantage.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
