Assistant Accountant – Accounts Payable (AP Accountant)

Manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices, employee expenses, and other payables are processed accurately and on time. Verify, code, and approve invoices, perform three-way matching, and prepare payment runs using the Pay When Paid principle. Support month-end closing with accruals and reconciliations, including AP sub-ledger to general ledger and D365 to Golden Tax. Improve AP controls and processes while supporting finance stakeholders with reporting and resolution of discrepancies.
